Fig. 01 · How it works

Three steps, no training

Step 01

Share a signup link

One link per venue or event. Volunteers register themselves with their skills and availability, no accounts created on their behalf.

Step 02

They see what needs helpers

Volunteers get their own portal showing upcoming events, requests near them, their schedule and their hours.

Step 03

They confirm in one tap

A volunteer confirms and the rota updates for everyone. You approve new volunteers before they see anything sensitive.

Volunteers, in detail

Skills and availability on file

Filter by what someone can do and when they are free, instead of remembering who does the tea.

An approval step you control

New volunteers join with an applied status and only become active once you approve them.

Hours tracked automatically

Confirmed sessions build the hours totals funders and trustees ask for, per person and per event.

Bulk contact when you need it

Copy the email addresses of a filtered group in one action for the occasional all-hands message.

Give the phone tree a rest.
