Three steps, no training

Step 01

Share your booking link

One public page for your venue, ready to put on your website, your noticeboard or the end of an email.

Step 02

They pick a room and a time

Hirers browse spaces with photos and amenities and choose from times that are genuinely free. Taken slots are never offered.

Step 03

You approve or decline

The request lands in your dashboard with all the detail attached. One tap approves it, and clash checking runs automatically.

Public booking pages, in detail

The phone finally goes quiet

Most calls are people asking whether a room is free on Saturday. Now they can just look.

Requests, not instant bookings

You stay in control of your building. Nothing is confirmed until an admin approves it.

Volunteer help in the same form

If an event needs helpers, hirers can request volunteers as part of the same request.

Works on any phone

The booking page is readable and usable on a phone, which is where most hirers will find you.

Your hirers will thank you.

Public booking pages, answered

They can send a booking request online. Hirers browse your rooms with photos, capacity and amenities, see genuinely available times, and submit a request. It is not confirmed until an admin approves it, so you always keep control of the building.

No. The public page only offers times that are genuinely free for that room, and any request is clash-checked again on submission, so two people cannot grab the same slot.

No. Hirers send a request through a simple form without creating an account, which matters for community venues where many hirers book once or twice a year.

The request captures the event name, the organisation, dates and times, attendee numbers and any notes, plus an option to request volunteer help for the event.
